Riverhead Rounders Club Tuesday

mSPORTi After School Clubs provide parents with a solution to finding that extra hour in the day with no hassle. Your child stays at school and enjoys an hour of quality sports tuition in a safe and familiar environment. Our talented team of sports coaching professionals will ensure that every child learns, enjoys and exercises whether they are an experienced sports person or completely new to the field.

We’re excited to announce a brand new Rounders After-School Club at Riverhead School, launching this term for Year 1 and Year 2 pupils!

What is Rounders?

Rounders is a fun, fast-paced team game that helps children develop key skills such as throwing, catching, batting, teamwork, and coordination. It’s a fantastic way for children to stay active, build confidence, and enjoy learning new skills with friends, all while having lots of fun!

No previous rounders experience is needed, just enthusiasm and a willingness to join in!

Limited spaces available, so book early to avoid disappointment!

Kit

• Trainers
• Warm clothing
• Please dress children appropriately for all outdoor weather conditions
• Water bottle

All of our coaches are F.A. qualified, DBS checked, and First Aid trained.

The coach will dismiss the children at 4:15pm. Please ensure you are on time for collection.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, a late collection fee of £10.00 will apply.

After-School Club Terms and Conditions

1. Registration and Payment

   • All participants must be registered before attending the club.

   • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

   • A full refund will be provided if cancellation is made before the club starts.

   • After the first week of the club starting, all fees are non-refundable.

   • Refunds will not be given for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or other personal circumstances.

3. Attendance and Punctuality

   • Children should arrive on time and be collected promptly at the end of the session.

   • Late pickups may result in additional charges. Over 10 minutes late is £10.00 late fine

4. Behaviour Expectations

   • All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other children.

   • Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the club without a refund.

5. Health and Safety

   • Parents/guardians must inform the club of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional support needs.

   • In case of an emergency, the club will follow appropriate first aid procedures and contact parents/guardians immediately.

6. Changes and Cancellations by the Club

   • The club reserves the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a refund or alternative session may be offered.

   • Any changes to the schedule will be communicated in advance.

Important Notice Regarding After School Club for SEN Children

At mSPORTi, we are committed to providing a fun and inclusive environment for all children. However, due to the nature of our after-school club activities, any child with Special Educational Needs (SEN) who requires 1-1 support will only be able to participate with their dedicated 1-1 care provider.

Please note that mSPORTi is unable to provide 1-1 support for these children. As such, we kindly request written confirmation from the school that they will be funding a Teaching Assistant (TA) or appropriate support staff for the duration of the after-school club. Without this confirmation, we will be unable to accommodate the child in our program.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to maintain a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

Please be aware that we may take photographs and video footage on the course / clubs for inclusion in promotional material. Please contact head office if you have any objections.
