mSPORTi After School Clubs provide parents with a solution to finding that extra hour in the day with no hassle. Your child stays at school and enjoys an hour of quality sports coaching in a safe and familiar environment. Our talented team of sports coaching professionals will ensure that every child learns, enjoys, and exercises, whether they are an experienced sportsperson or completely new to the game.

We're excited to announce our Tag Rugby After School Club at Riverhead School, taking place on Tuesdays for Key Stage 1 pupils from 3:15pm–4:15pm.

What is Tag Rugby?

Tag Rugby is a fun, non-contact version of rugby that helps children develop agility, speed, teamwork, communication, and ball-handling skills. Children will enjoy learning how to pass, evade defenders, score tries, and work together in exciting games and activities.

Tag Rugby is suitable for all abilities, and no previous experience is required, just enthusiasm and a willingness to join in!

Limited spaces are available, so book early to avoid disappointment!

Kit

• Trainers
• Warm clothing
• Please dress children appropriately for all outdoor weather conditions
• Water bottle

All of our coaches are DBS checked, First Aid trained, and fully qualified sports coaches.

The coach will dismiss the children at 4:15pm. Please ensure you are on time for collection.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, a late collection fee of £10.00 will apply.

After School Club Terms and Conditions

Registration and Payment

• All participants must be registered before attending the club.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place.

Cancellations and Refunds

• A full refund will be provided if cancellation is made before the club starts.
• After the first week of the club starting, all fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be given for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or other personal circumstances.

Attendance and Punctuality

• Children should arrive on time and be collected promptly at the end of the session.
• Late pick-ups may result in additional charges. Collections more than 10 minutes late will incur a £10.00 late collection fee.

Behaviour Expectations

• All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other children.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the club without a refund.

Health and Safety

• Parents/guardians must inform the club of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional support needs.
• In case of an emergency, the club will follow appropriate first aid procedures and contact parents/guardians immediately.

Changes and Cancellations by the Club

• The club reserves the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a refund or alternative session may be offered.
• Any changes to the schedule will be communicated in advance.

Important Notice Regarding After School Club for SEN Children

At mSPORTi, we are committed to providing a fun and inclusive environment for all children. However, due to the nature of our after-school club activities, any child with Special Educational Needs (SEN) who requires 1:1 support will only be able to participate with their dedicated 1:1 care provider.

Please note that mSPORTi is unable to provide 1:1 support for these children. As such, we kindly request written confirmation from the school that they will be funding a Teaching Assistant (TA) or appropriate support staff for the duration of the after-school club. Without this confirmation, we will be unable to accommodate the child in our programme.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to maintain a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

Photography and Video Footage

Please be aware that we may take photographs and video footage during the club for inclusion in promotional material. Please contact the mSPORTi head office if you have any objections.
