We’re excited to welcome pupils to our Multi Sport Club, run by mSPORTi’s team of talented and qualified coaches!

This club offers an exciting variety of sports and games that rotate weekly, ensuring your child experiences a wide range of activities while staying active, having fun, and developing new skills in a safe and supportive environment.

⚽🏀🏏 What’s Included?

Each session will focus on a different sport, including:

• Hockey

• Basketball

• Tag Rugby

• Netball

• Dodgeball

• Cricket

• Football

• Rounders

• …and more!

Our programme promotes coordination, teamwork, confidence, and physical fitness, allowing children to grow at their own pace, regardless of prior experience.

🎒 What to Bring:

• Trainers

• Outdoor sports clothing (weather-appropriate)

• Named water bottle

Sessions will take place outside, so please dress children accordingly.

🎉 End-of-Term Rewards

• Every participant will receive an Attendance Prize

• All sessions are delivered by FA-qualified, DBS-checked, and First Aid-trained coaches

📌 After-School Club Terms & Conditions

Registration & Payment

• All children must be registered before attending

• Full payment is required at booking to secure a place

Cancellations & Refunds

• Full refunds available if cancelled before the club starts

• After the first week, all fees are non-refundable

• Missed sessions due to illness, holidays, etc., will not be refunded

Attendance & Punctuality

• Children must be picked up promptly at 4:15pm

• Late collections may result in additional charges

Behaviour

• Respectful and positive behaviour is expected

• Disruptive behaviour may result in removal without a refund

Health & Safety

• Please inform us of any medical conditions or additional needs

• In emergencies, appropriate first aid will be given and parents contacted

Schedule Changes

• In case of cancellations due to unforeseen events, refunds or make-up sessions may be offered

Photography

• Photos/videos may be taken for mSPORTi promotional use. Contact head office if you do not wish your child to be included.

Important Notice Regarding After School Club for SEN Children

At mSPORTi, we are committed to providing a fun and inclusive environment for all children. However, due to the nature of our after-school club activities, any child with Special Educational Needs (SEN) who requires 1-1 support will only be able to participate with their dedicated 1-1 care provider.

Please note that mSPORTi is unable to provide 1-1 support for these children. As such, we kindly request written confirmation from the school that they will be funding a Teaching Assistant (TA) or appropriate support staff for the duration of the after-school club. Without this confirmation, we will be unable to accommodate the child in our program.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to maintain a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
