About the Club

Our Cricket & Rounders Club is a fun and active after-school session where pupils can develop their skills, build confidence, and enjoy team games with friends. Whether your child is new to these sports or already has experience, everyone is welcome!

What the Club Will Include

• 🏏 Cricket skills – batting, bowling, and fielding
• ⚾ Rounders gameplay – rules, tactics, and teamwork
• 🎯 Fun drills and mini-games to improve coordination and fitness
• 🤝 Team-building activities and friendly matches
• 🏃 Active participation in a supportive and encouraging environment

What to Wear

Please ensure your child comes prepared with:

• 👕 PE kit (t-shirt and shorts or tracksuit)
• 👟 Trainers suitable for outdoor activity
• 🧥 Weather-appropriate clothing (e.g. jumper or light jacket)
• 💧 Water bottle

Additional Information

• Sessions will take place outdoors where possible.
• In poor weather, activities may be adapted for indoor play.
• All equipment will be provided.

Terms and Conditions

Registration & Payment:

• All children must be registered before attending.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Cancellations & Refunds:

• Full refunds are available before the first session.

• After week one, fees are non-refundable.

• Missed sessions (e.g., illness, holidays) will not be refunded.

Attendance & Punctuality:

• Children must arrive on time and be picked up promptly.

• Late pick-ups may incur additional charges.

Behaviour:

• Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.

• Disruptive behaviour may result in removal without a refund.

Health & Safety:

• Please inform us of any medical needs, allergies, or additional support requirements.

• In case of emergency, first aid will be administered and parents will be contacted.

Changes or Cancellations by the Club:

• We reserve the right to cancel or amend sessions if necessary. Refunds or rescheduled dates will be offered.

Photography/Video:

• We may take photos or videos for promotional use. Please contact us if you do not wish your child to be included.

• Important Notice Regarding After School Club for SEN Children

  At mSPORTi, we are committed to providing a fun and inclusive environment for all children. However, due to the nature of our after-school club activities, any child with Special Educational Needs (SEN) who requires 1-1 support will only be able to participate with their dedicated 1-1 care provider.

  Please note that mSPORTi is unable to provide 1-1 support for these children. As such, we kindly request written confirmation from the school that they will be funding a Teaching Assistant (TA) or appropriate support staff for the duration of the after-school club. Without this confirmation, we will be unable to accommodate the child in our program.
