🎾 About the Club

We’re excited to welcome pupils to our St Thomas Tennis Club, run by mSPORTi’s team of talented, qualified, and DBS-checked coaches!

Each fun-filled session focuses on building skills, confidence, and teamwork in a safe and supportive environment.

🎒 What to Bring

• Trainers

• Outdoor sports clothing (weather-appropriate)

• Named water bottle

All sessions are held outdoors, so please dress accordingly.

📌 Important Info & Terms

Registration & Payment
✅ All children must be registered in advance
✅ Full payment required at booking to secure a place

Cancellations & Refunds
❌ No refunds after week 1 (unless cancelled before club starts)
❌ Missed sessions (illness/holidays) are non-refundable

Pick-Up & Behaviour
🕓 Children must be collected promptly at 4:15pm
⚠️ Late pickups may incur charges
✅ Respectful behaviour expected at all times

Health & Safety
🩺 Please inform us of any medical conditions
🚑 First aid will be administered in emergencies

⚠️ SEN Children – Important Notice

We welcome all children, but those with SEN requiring 1-1 support must be accompanied by their dedicated care provider.
mSPORTi cannot provide 1-1 support, so we require written confirmation from the school if they will fund a TA or support staff.
