We provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment for every child.

We would ask you to not to pack any form of nuts in your child’s lunch in case of an allergic child accidentally comes into contact with them. We are in effect making the course ‘NUT FREE’.

Holiday Club Terms and Conditions

1. Registration and Payment

   • All participants must be registered before attending the club.

   • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

   • A full refund will be provided if cancellation is made before the club starts.

   • After the first day of the club starting, all fees are non-refundable.

   • Refunds will not be given for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or other personal circumstances.

3. Attendance and Punctuality

   • Children should arrive on time and be collected promptly at the end of the session.

   • Late pickups may result in additional charges.

4. Behaviour Expectations

   • All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other children.

   • Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the club without a refund.

5. Health and Safety

   • Parents/guardians must inform the club of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional support needs.

   • In case of an emergency, the club will follow appropriate first aid procedures and contact parents/guardians immediately.

6. Changes and Cancellations by the Club

   • The club reserves the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a refund or alternative session may be offered.

   • Any changes to the schedule will be communicated in advance.

7. Important Notice Regarding After School Club for SEN Children

   At mSPORTi, we are committed to providing a fun and inclusive environment for all children. However, due to the nature of our after-school club activities, any child with Special Educational Needs (SEN) who requires 1-1 support will only be able to participate with their dedicated 1-1 care provider.

   Please note that mSPORTi is unable to provide 1-1 support for these children. As such, we kindly request written confirmation from the school that they will be funding a Teaching Assistant (TA) or appropriate support staff for the duration of the after-school club. Without this confirmation, we will be unable to accommodate the child in our program.

   We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to maintain a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

Photography and video footage: Please be aware that we may take photographs and video footage on the course / clubs for inclusion in promotional material.  Please contact head office if you have any objections.
