CAMP BEECHWOOD HOLIDAY CLUB 2025


The mSPORTi team are all qualified highly experienced coaches, alongside our qualified coaches and TA's, we also use fully qualified teachers on our courses to provide an additional educational value. 

 mSPORTi have taken the best sports and the most awesome kids activities to create our Camps. Children will take part in fun active games and activities, specifically chosen to turn up the fun whilst giving them the chance to learn new skills, make friends and build confidence!

Our Multi-Sport Holiday Camps give children of all abilities the opportunity to stay active throughout the school holidays, and participate in a wide range of fun, exciting sports – including football, tennis, hockey, dodgeball and lots more!

We are also introducing Pickleball and Archery to Camp Beechwood!

What is Pickleball? Fast becoming one of the most popular racket sports in the world, pickleball combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. Players can play as both singles and doubles, using paddles to hit a plastic ball between them.

What is Archery? Learning how to shoot a bow and arrow is one of the few sports kids can enjoy while simultaneously improving hand-eye coordination, focus, confidence, patience, and relaxation. 

That’s where we come in! Today we'll discuss the best age a child can begin to learn archery and the three crucial points kids wanting to know how to learn to shoot a bow and arrow must first learn before firing away. 

BAG: Please bring packed lunch, water and come dressed in sensible sports clothing and trainers. Can all pupils please have a warm coat and hat / gloves for when we go outside. 

We would ask you to not to pack any form of nuts in your child’s lunch in case of an allergic child accidentally comes into contact with them. We are in effect making the course ‘NUT FREE’.

Holiday Club Terms and Conditions

1. Registration and Payment

   • All participants must be registered before attending the club.

   • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

   • A full refund will be provided if cancellation is made before the club starts.

   • After the first day of the club starting, all fees are non-refundable.

   • Refunds will not be given for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or other personal circumstances.

3. Attendance and Punctuality

   • Children should arrive on time and be collected promptly at the end of the session.

   • Late pickups may result in additional charges.

4. Behaviour Expectations

   • All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other children.

   • Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the club without a refund.

5. Health and Safety

   • Parents/guardians must inform the club of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional support needs.

   • In case of an emergency, the club will follow appropriate first aid procedures and contact parents/guardians immediately.

6. Changes and Cancellations by the Club

   • The club reserves the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a refund or alternative session may be offered.

   • Any changes to the schedule will be communicated in advance.

Photography and video footage: Please be aware that we may take photographs and video footage on the course / clubs for inclusion in promotional material.  Please contact head office if you have any objections.
