mSPORTi Booking Terms and Conditions

Definition

Activity – means any Camp, Club, Course, Event or Activity organised and operated through any member of the mSPORTi Group.

Terms and Conditions – means the terms contained in this document and any other document referred to within it.

Bookings

By booking a place for your child on any Activity these Terms and Conditions.

mSPORTi offers an online booking service, once the booking form has been completed and submitted, payment in full received and the booking validated by mSPORTi you will be sent confirmation of your booking via the email address you have provided. Bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions together with our website terms and conditions which are hereby incorporated.

Receiving email acknowledgement of payment is confirmation of your request to book a child on an mSPORTi Activity.

For safety reasons we can only guarantee a place on ANY Activity to those booking in advance. Those that arrive on the day will not be guaranteed a place on the activity.

Before booking please ensure your child is able to attend the Activity and meets the conditions for such Activity as listed on our website: www.msporti.co.uk.

All bookings and payment protection are subject to the right to cancel in writing (by e-mail to us) within seven (7) calendar days from the date that you receive e-mail acknowledgement of the booking pursuant to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Outside of this seven (7) day period all bookings confirmed by us are final and non-refundable.



World Pay

What are World Pay payments and how do they work?

Our Academy Sessions are on recurring payments are made through WorldPay http://www.worldpay.com/uk  and through a service called FuturePay. This is an internet-based equivalent of traditional standing order and direct debit facilities.

With Futurepay, you arrange to get funds debited from your card, rather than from your bank account.

Once an agreement is created, you can view payments in the Shopper Management System (SMS) on the WorldPay website. To login to the Shopper Management System, please see this guide

How often will Futurepay payments be made?

MFA Membership Options



Option 1: The membership cost will be £25.00 per month with the first payment being £50.00 which consists of the final month cancellation notice paid in advance. There will be 38 weekly sessions throughout the academic year, with the addition of five ‘3 day Holiday Courses. Membership Fees will be taken on the 10th of each month (OR YOU CAN SPECIFY THE DAY WITH US).

How to cancel any Futurepay agreement

A Recurring Payments (FuturePay) agreement can be cancelled by you or the through mSPORTi.

WorldPay is unable to cancel your order /agreement or to provide you with a refund. To cancel the agreement yourself:

•.            log in to the Shopper Management System. For more information on logging in, refer toLog in to the Shopper Management System.http://support.worldpay.com/support/shopper/kb/shoppermanagementsystem/sms3100.html

•.            TheRecurring Payments (FuturePay) Shopper Home page is displayed.

•.            Under theAgreement ID column, select the hypertext displaying the Agreement ID for the agreement you want to cancel.

•.            TheRecurring Payments (FuturePay) Agreement Details page is displayed.

•.            Double checkthat the agreement on your screen is definitely the agreement you want to cancel.

•.            Select theCancel

•.            TheCancellation Confirmation page is displayed.

•.            Select theYes button to cancel the agreement. If you do not wish to cancel the agreement, select either the Go back to agreement or Go back to home page

 

 Please ensure that if you have more than one agreement, you select the correct agreement to cancel. Once an agreement has been cancelled it cannot be reinstated. If you cancel the wrong agreement, please contact the online store you held the agreement with and ask them to set up a replacement agreement. Unfortunately WorldPay cannot set up a new agreement for you.

Promotions

mSPORTi time to time offers promotions in the event that you have been issued with a promotional code this code must be redeemed and used in accordance with both the terms and conditions of that promotion and these Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy

The parents/ Guardians of children who consistently misbehave will be notified and asked to take action to prevent a recurrence. If the bad behaviour continues mSPORTi reserves the right to exclude badly behaved children from any activity/ event.

Cancellations

Cancellations for courses paid in full must be received in writing with supporting medical evidence if relevant.

Regretfully fees cannot be refunded or carried over for absences or holidays.

Payment

mSPORTi accepts credit/debit card / PayPal / as methods of payment.

Late Collection Fine

There is a penalty charge of £5 for any child collected 10 minutes after the official closing time of the club and £10 after 20 minutes and £15 after 30 minutes.

Opt-in

Leaving, waiting lists and transfers

If a child wishes to leave you must notify mSPORTi and email: [email protected] or we have the right to actively seek 2 weeks payment as your child's place can be offered to another.  If a child leaves without notice and payment is owed, a letter and /or email will be sent requesting fees that are due.  This payment must be received within 14 days, if no payment is received further action will be taken.

If you would like to transfer to another school, please notify the office and all fees will be transferred.  However, this is subject to availability.  If your child is on a waiting list, places will be offered in the following order:

Child Protection

All mSPORTi staff hold current child protection and CRB / DBS certification. In the event that a child makes a disclosure or a member of staff believes that the child is suffering from abuse we will act in accordance with our child protection policy, a copy of which is available on request.

Film/Photography

mSPORTi may from time to time take photographs/film of any mSPORTi Activity, the use of this data is solely for the purpose of promoting and publicising mSPORTi Activities through literature, website, Facebook, press and TV.

Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be photographed/filmed must make mSPORTi aware of this at the time of booking or in writing before the Activity starts (where possible mSPORTi will inform parents/guardians at the start of an Activity).

Personal Property

mSPORTi cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending an mSPORTi Activity.  Please ensure that no valuables are taken to any venue by your children.

Health & Safety

A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue. mSPORTi staff hold a current emergency aid certificate issued by an appropriate body.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are providing consent for mSPORTi staff to administer any and all necessary first aid to your child as required at any time.

For safety reasons it is compulsory for all attendees to wear shin pads on an mSPORTi Activity that involves football, hockey or another contact sport.

mSPORTi reserves the right to refuse permission to participate for any child not wearing shin protection.

It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and/or available for their child for the Activity being undertaken and weather conditions.

Things to Remember

On day courses always bring a packed lunch.

Please make sure you come to the activity in appropriate clothing. mSPORTi ask that no jewellery should be worn as we cannot take any responsibility for it being lost or stolen.

Please make sure you always bring plenty of drinks (water only) to avoid dehydration.

Medication and Illness

Whilst it is recognised that some children require special creams, tablets, medicines or other types of medication such as injections and inhalers, it is our policy not to administer any form of medication.

Details of medical conditions must be included on the reply slip in case of emergency.

If your child becomes ill during an activity you will be contacted by telephone call

Medical information

Any medical conditions that any participant may have must be fully disclosed (1) at the time of booking in writing to mSPORTi at registration and (2) to the lead coach on the Activity or at the venue.

Liability

mSPORTi has Public Liability insurance with cover provided by Bluefin Sport.

Course Changes

In the event that mSPORTi has to cancel an Activity for any reason, a credit note for the full value of the booking fee paid will be issued to the person who booked or alternative provisions to stage the Activity at another time will be arranged and confirmed to all, if you are unable to attend at the alternatively arranged time and confirm this to mSPORTi, mSPORTi will issue with a credit note to the full value of the booking fee paid.

In the event of inclement weather, all mSPORTi Activities have suitable indoor areas to change, meet and eat lunch, and suitable indoor activities will be organised to replace the outdoor activities at the discretion of mSPORTi staff.

Leaving an Activity

Any child that is collected must be collected by a parent or guardian and such parent or guardian must sign the child out of the Activity with a member of mSPORTi staff. Any child that normally walks home unaccompanied from any Activity will only be allowed to leave unaccompanied if a parent or guardian has provided written consent prior to the commencement of the Activity.

Complaints

In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please in the first instance raise it with the senior coach at the Activity. He/she will deal will the problem in accordance with our policies and procedures.

If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction then please write to our customer services team [email protected] within 7 days of child’s attendance on the Activity.

We take your views and complaints very seriously and will endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. Refunds will only be issued if mSPORTi is proven to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
